Yoga is a mind-body practice which uses asanas (body postures) and breathing techniques to calm the nervous system and promote overall wellness. It works complementary to homeopathy and other holistic practices.
Sarah earned her RYT 200-hour yoga teacher certification from Yoga London in 2013 and has been teaching and practicing around the world ever since. Originally trained in Ashtanga Vinyasa, she takes an eclectic approach, integrating restorative elements to support nervous system regulation. Her classes blend breathwork, meditation, and a variety of asanas, thoughtfully adapted to meet each student’s unique needs.
Price: $100 for a 75 minute session.
